Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain the ease of centralized management at a center side by transmitting communication management information while being added with the identification information of the own device to the facsimile equipment of the center when no vacancy exists in a storage area for the communication management information. CONSTITUTION:A panel 1 is operated by an operator and a control section 2 controls the operation of each section of the facsimile equipment. A reading section 3 reads a transmission original. A management information storage section 4 includes the storage area to store the communication management information and a circuit detecting the overflow of said area. A storage section 5 prints out a picture. Changeover switches 6-9 are controlled by the control section 2. A compressing section 10 compresses a band and a modulation section 11 modulates transmission information subject to band compression. The demodulation section 12 demodulates reception information and an expanding section 13 expands the reception information after demodulation into a picture image.
