飲料に適した調整ココナツミルクを製造することのでき
る装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

ミキシングタンク19は、上記減圧脱気処理された乳額
液と安定剤や調味料を適温の水と混和した助剤とを混合
するものである。ところで、この助剤をミキシングタン
ク19に給送する機構としては次の通りである。即ち、
ミキシングタンク21には例えばバクガ糖を、ミキシン
グタンク23には例えば脱脂粉乳を入れ、これら両ミキ
シングタンク23には、ボイラー25の熱で昇騰させら
れた蓄湯槽27内の温湯を給送せしめる様にパイプ接続
されている。両ミキシングタンク21,23で夫々バク
ガ糖、脱脂粉乳を温湯で混合する。
