Abstract

PURPOSE:To attain ease of hearing of conference talking by varying an attenuation factor in response to the voice signal level of a talker while satisfying the ring tone condition. CONSTITUTION:The conference talking circuit is constituted of an input voice power detecting circuit 10 detecting the input voice signal level of each subscriber, a power comparison circuit 11 comparing the output of an N-party voice power detecting circuit 2 and the output of the input voice power detection circuit 10, a variable attenuation circuit 12 attenuating the input voice level in response to the output signal of the power comparison circuit 11, an adder 1 adding signals at each subscriber, an N-party voice power detection circuit 2 detecting the output signal level from the adder 1 and a subtraction circuit 13 subtracting the output signal of the own variable attenuation circuit 12. Thus, since the attenuation is varied in response to the voice signal level of the talker while satisfying the ring tone condition, ease of hearing of the conference talking is attained.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION [Technical Field] The present invention relates to a conference call circuit for holding a conference via a communication switched circuit network, and particularly to a conference call circuit when there are many participants in the conference.

In a conference call circuit, the N-1 addition power method is considered to be the method that provides a natural auditory volume. This is a method in which the sum of the input voices of N-1 parties other than the subscriber is returned as output to each subscriber in a conference of N participants. Incidentally, even in the N-1 addition power type conference call circuit, an attenuation circuit is provided in order to satisfy the sounding condition.

Here, the sound condition means that input audio returns to its own output audio signal line through a predetermined signal transmission circuit and crosstalk between another subscriber's input audio signal line and output audio signal, and A loop is formed by inputting to its own input audio signal branch line, but the loop charge is 1 or less, and under this condition, no oscillation occurs. However, conventional circuits assume the worst-case scenario and simply attenuate the input voice of the caller, resulting in unnecessary attenuation.
There were times when the sound was low and inconvenient.

Next, with reference to the drawings, the construction of a communication circuit according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described. It is output from the output audio signal line 101 of another person through the input audio circuit network. These output audio signals are input again from the respective input audio signals +V,'J 100 due to crosstalk and summed in adder 1. The summation result is equal to the voice input caused by the crosstalk. It compares the voice input generated by adder 1 and outputs all comparison results. U] Hengeshin 3-Hasaku Circuit 12

? When the crosstalk audio signal is larger than necessary compared to the original input audio signal, if the attenuation rate of the variable attenuation circuit 13 is correspondingly increased, the sounding condition will be met, and the crosstalk audio signal will be the same as the original input audio signal. If the attenuation rate is reduced when the signal is not very loud compared to the signal, the sound to other subscribers will not be reduced.

As described above, the present invention has the effect of making it possible to conduct conference calls that are easy to hear because the attenuation rate can be varied according to the voice signal level of the caller while satisfying the sounding conditions. Furthermore, the circuit configuration is relatively simple, which is advantageous from an economic point of view.
