Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は一般に電子写真複写機に適用する現像装置に関
するものであり、更に詳細には磁気現像装置の改良に関
するものである。

ラシとし、これを回転させて感光体表面、静電潜像を現
像する方法、また永久磁石の周囲を回転する非磁性スリ
ーブ上に磁気ブラシを形成させてこれにより現像する方
式等各種知られている。

段が必要であった。後者の場合においては、磁気ブラシ
部の除去は回転スリーブを磁石に対して偏心回転させス
リーブが磁石から遠ざかった時に自然落下させることに
より容易に解決していた。この場合磁気ブラシはスリー
ブ上の特に磁石に近づいた部分にのみ集中して形成され
る。そしてこの磁気ブラシはかなり強く穂立ちするので
一度現像された感光体表面も再び磁性キャリャにて強く
こすることになり、現像像を削り取ったりして画線を損
い、更には感光体表面をも磁性キャリャが強くこするの
で感光体の寿命にも多大の悪影響を与えていたものであ
る。本発明は上記従来の欠点をことごとく解消し、更に
は磁気ブラシの形成状態を任意に調整可能として理想的
な現像を行うことができるようにした磁気現像装置を提
供するものである。

ブ回転のその遠心力と自重によって自然落下する。そし
て落下した現像剤は蝿梓器7,6によって充分に凝拝さ
れた後再び現像に供されるものである。次に第2図イ,
口に磁石3,4のなす角度による磁気ブラシの形状につ
いて説明する。
