PURPOSE:To utilize efficiently the housing managing system by transmitting plural sets of emergency information automatically to a public telephone line plural number of times according to the priority when the said plural sets of emergency information are transmitted from a slave set to a master set. CONSTITUTION:A common gate door device 10 being the master set, an automatic transmitter 20 connected thereto, a home control device 30 being the slave set arranged to each housing, a multiplex transmission line 40 connecting the control device 30 and the gate door device 10 in a multi-drop form and a talking line 50 are provided. Then a fire alarm sensor, a burglar proof sensor and various falt sensors (not shown) are connected to a transmission terminal section 31 of the control section 30, and when a sensor signal is outputted, emergency information and information representing a faulty housing are outputted from the section 31 to the line 40.
