【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案はコンバイン等における脱穀機の排藁裁断装置に
関し、排藁の截断寸法を利用目的に応じて変更可能とす
るものである。

おいてはカッターで截断する場合に截断寸法を変更する
ことができないのが通例で、そのため排藁の用途が狭く
限定されていたのであり1、また截断寸法を変更可能と
したものにあっては構造が複雑で、截断寸法の変更時に
おいて中央の回転軸に対し長、短浴切断用の回転刃を支
持させた軸を、連動歯車、支持腕と共に公転させて、そ
の何れかを排藁受入口の下方に位置させるといった面倒
かつ危険な操作を要していたのである。

れにより脱穀部1からチェーン3により搬送されてくる
排藁は短寸用カッター5と両用カッター6の各回転刃5
b、6bにより、その配設間隔に対応する短寸に截断さ
れることになるのである。

変更部材と前記落下位置変更部材の各切換動作を連動せ
しめる構成としたから、いずれの組のカッターを用いる
かによって排藁の裁断寸法を容易に変更しうるのであり
、しかもその切換動作を従来のものと異なり簡易かつ迅
速安全に行うことが可能となり、これにまり長藁の状態
で放出する場合も含めて排藁を三種類の状態に処理し得
るようになり、もって該排藁の用途が拡大され或は利用
目的に最も適した状態て排藁を処理し得るようになる等
の効果を奏するのである。
