本発明は、環形けい光ランプの製造方法に係り、特に管
曲において電極部のフレアーの変形防止に好適な冷却方

従来電極部のフレアーの変形防止として、電極部に対応
する部分の予熱炉のバーナ(または電気炉のと一タ)の
熱量を下げ電極部の温度を下げていた。しかし、この事
によりガラス管の温度も下がるため巻取時にこの部分で
割れたり、また屈折する等の問題があり温度調整がむず
