は第１図中ａ −ｄで示す箇所の波形を示す波形図、第
３図は従来の装置でフォトダイオードを１／２にした場
合の例を示す波形図、第４図はこの考案の一実施例を示
すブロック図、第５− 図は第４図中ａ〜ｈで示す箇所
の波形を示す波形図である。
図に於て、１はダイオードアレー、２はクロック源、３
は増巾器、４はサンプルホールド回路、５は２値化回路
、６は１／２回路、７は低域通過フィルタ、８は標本化
回路である。尚、図中同一符号は同−又は相当部分を示

と、上記標本化回路からの標本化信号を２値化する２値
