本発明は量産に適したブラウン管外部導電膜形成法に関

本発明の目的は上記の如き問題のない、量産に適したブ

上記目的を達成するために本発明においては、硬化時に
収縮する接着剤たとえばポリ酢酸ビニルのフィルム上に
印刷法により黒鉛層を形成させ、その後、所望形状K例
えばプレスで打抜いたものをブラウン管外部の所望部位
に接触させた状態で加熱(ポリ酢酸ビニルの場合は熱風
にさらせばよい)したのち、常温に戻して前記黒鉛層よ
りなる導電膜を接着させるようKした。印刷法によれば
一定の厚さ、形状の黒鉛層をフィルム上に容AK形成で
きる。また硬化時にフィルムが収縮すると、最初平面状
だった黒鉛フィルムが、一般には曲面をなすブラウン管
の外面に、しわなど生ずることなくぴったり接着される
。(導電膜として薄い金属フォイルなどを用?・るとど
うしてもしわが生ずる。)
第1図は接着剤のフィルムに黒鉛層を形成させたのち、
所望形状の導電膜2に打抜いたものを示す。なお現在は
接着剤を所定の厚さのフィルムに加工したものが容易に
入手できる。第2図はブラウン管1の外面の所望位置に

し、本発明はどの工程も量産に適し、生産性が非常に向

態で加熱したのち常温に戻して、ブラウン管外面の所望
部位に前記黒鉛層よりなる導電膜を接着させるようにし
