し、該高圧室にロッカシャフトからのオイル通路を接続
して該オイル通路内に高圧室からのオイルの逆流を防止
する逆止弁を設けた内燃機関の油圧リフタにおいて、前
記逆止弁をチェックボール、該チェックボールを押圧す
るチェックボールスプリング、チェックボールの押圧に
よって閉塞されるオイル通路孔を有するケーシングから
構成し、チェックボールおよびチェックボールスプリン
グをケーシング内に納めて逆止弁をユニット化したこと
