PURPOSE:To reduce extremely a loss of information in case of damage of a disk in the circumferential direction and the diameter direction, and to raise reliability by recording plural times the same information on different tracks of a disk- like recording medium and also at different positions in the circumferential direction, in an optical disk, a magnetic disk, etc. CONSTITUTION:Information n1(1) is recorded in a sector 1 of an (o) number track, and n2(1) of the second time is recorded in a sector 5 of an (l) number track (provided that l>=iXm/N). In this case, N is 16 as the number of sectors of one track, (m) is the number of times of recording of the same information, and (i) is a sector position (number). かも情報と情報の記録されているアドレスを1対1に対
応させておく必要がある。

る事がある。又、円盤状の記録媒体は当然のことながら
回転しているた・め、記録再生ヘッド等が異常に接触し
たり、外部のものが触れることによって円弧状の傷がつ
きやすい。
