ントの斜視図、第６図は第５図の■部拡犬図、第７図は
本考案に係る寸法測定装置により測定面の位置を測定す
る状態を示す図、第８図は本考案に係る測定装置に使用

Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）枠体に設けた平面的に移動可能な可動台と、この
    可動台に突設したテーパピンと、このテーパピンの位置
    を検出する検知器と、この検知器の検出信号により前記
    テーパピンの移動量を算出する計算機と、前記枠体を移
    動させる駆動装置とを有することを特徴とする寸法測定
    装置。
  2. （２）前記可動台は、前記枠体に設けたロンドに滑動自
    在に支持された溝部を有する断面が凹状をなす第１可動
    台と、こ”の第１可動台の溝部において前記ロンドに直
    交して第１可動台に設けたロンドに滑動自在に支持され
    た第２可動台とからなることを特徴とする実用新案登録
    請求の範囲第１項記載の寸法測定装置。
  3. （３）前記テーパピンは、前記可動台を滑動自在に貫通
    した円柱部の一端にテーパ部が形成され、前記可動台に
    対しテーパ部方向に付勢されてい、　　　　ることを特
    徴とする実用新案登録請求の範囲第１項及び第２項記載
    の寸法測定装置。
