。Conventionally, in order to obtain such multicolored rod-shaped cosmetics, wax, oil, coloring pigment, fragrance, and fine silica powder (2 to 10%) were used.
After composition and solidification of the basic raw materials of each monochrome including (weight ratio), these are compression molded using a press or the like, or each monochrome is blended and melted in a pair of blending tanks a and b as shown in Figure 1. The basic raw materials of each color are transferred into a rotating hopper C installed below through conduits a'+b'Y connected to mixing tanks a and b, respectively, and the basic raw materials of each monochrome are fed into the rotating hopper C. After being mixed in a layer, the mixture is injected and filled from the spout d of the rotary hopper C into the molding hole f of the bar-shaped cosmetic molding mold e installed below the rotary hopper C to form the mold.

商品価値ケ低下せしめるという欠点があった。Therefore, as mentioned above, in the case where the basic raw materials of each single color are composed and then compression molded using a press etc., the woodgrained spiral pattern formed by the basic raw materials of each single color is color-coded. Although it has the advantage that the boundaries of each color layer are very clearly visible, it has the disadvantage of having a large number of steps and low productivity because the basic raw materials for each single color must be composed and assimilated in advance. In addition, as shown in Figure 1, conduits a' and b connect the basic raw materials of the valley monochromatic color blended and melted in a pair of blending tanks a and b to the blending tanks a and b, respectively. 'The basic raw materials of each monochrome are introduced into the rotating hopper C installed below the via, and after being mixed in layers in this rotating hopper C, from the spout d of this rotating hopper C, When molding is performed by injecting and filling into the molding hole f of the rod-shaped cosmetic mold e installed in the rotary hopper C, these Pinholes are likely to form in the filled and molded bar-shaped cosmetics due to the entrainment of air in the basic raw materials, and as a result of the basic raw materials being kept at a constant temperature being absorbed by the rotating hopper C, the basic raw materials must be maintained at a fairly high temperature of around 100°C, which may cause changes in the color tone of each basic raw material, deterioration of odor,
If oil decomposition occurs and the product characteristics of the obtained bar-shaped cosmetic are lost, there is a disadvantage of C.C. and corrosion. The boundaries of the swirl-shaped, color-coded valley color layers that appear on the surface of the molded bar-shaped cosmetic become unclear.
This had the disadvantage of lowering the product value.

である。In view of these conventional drawbacks, the present invention has developed a rod-shaped material rotatably installed below a pair of mixing tanks, through which each monochromatic basic raw material is mixed and melted in a pair of mixing tanks via conduits connected to the mixing tanks. By directly filling the mold for molding cosmetics, productivity is improved and pinholes are avoided.
It is possible to obtain a product with high commercial value without losing the properties of the bar-shaped cosmetic, and in which the boundaries of the swirl-patterned color-coded valley color layers that appear on the surface of the filled-molded bar-shaped cosmetic are extremely clear. Its purpose is to

。Hereinafter, a drawing of an actual example of the manufacturing method of the present invention will be explained. As shown in FIG.
The monochromatic basic raw materials /a, /b7 are blended and melted in the mixing tank, and a rod-shaped cosmetic molding mold rotatably installed below the conduit 3V is connected to the mixing tank at its upper end. After that, both basic raw materials /a and /b filled in this rod-shaped cosmetic mold are heated by a known method.
After being cooled and cured to solidify, it is devolatilized from a mold for molding rod-shaped cosmetics, and as shown in FIG.

Since it is directly filled into the I-shaped cosmetic mold which is designed to be freely rotatable below the base, after the basic raw materials of valley monochromatic color are composed and solidified, they are It can be compressed and formed using a press, etc., or it can be mixed and formed in a pair of mixing tanks.
'r I & the basic raw materials of each single color + 2 are introduced into the rotating hopper through the conductor connected to the mixing tank respectively, and the single color is introduced into the rotating hopper in the rotating hopper. The number of steps is smaller compared to methods such as mixing the basic raw material f-+ in a layer and then injecting it into the molding hole of a bar-shaped cosmetic mold installed below from the spout of a rotating hopper. It is possible to reduce the time required for molding by a large amount and improve productivity by a large amount.

の低廉化も併せて促進することが可能である。In addition, the present invention uses a rotating hopper and does not cause air to be drawn in, unlike in the case where monochromatic basic raw materials are mixed in a layered manner. The basic raw materials kept at a temperature of Filling and molding can be performed while maintaining the optimum temperature for filling around °C, making it possible to obtain multicolored bar-shaped cosmetics with excellent product characteristics without changing color tone, deterioration of odor, or decomposition of oil content, as well as basic raw materials for each single color. By rotating a rod-shaped cosmetic mold that is filled directly through a conduit, a woodgrain swirl pattern in which multiple colors are unevenly mixed is obtained. When monochromatic basic raw materials are mixed and filled in layers in a hopper, the boundaries between the color-coded layers of the wood-grained spiral pattern that appear on the surface of the formed bar-shaped cosmetic become unclear. This has the advantage that a highly commercially valuable multicolored cosmetic bar with a clear woodgrain swirl pattern χ on the surface can be obtained, and the equipment can be simplified by omitting the rotating hopper, reducing equipment costs. It is also possible to promote cost reduction of products that are filled and molded.
