PURPOSE:To utilize all voice adders to perform plural conferences in one conference trunk by providing a switch between the output of the voice adder in the preceding stage of the conference trunk and the input of the voice adder in the succeeding stage of the conference trunk and controlling inputs to voice adders in the second and following stages with the switch. CONSTITUTION:In case of a conference among 4-6 persons, switches 7a and 7b are closed to use an output 5e of a voice adder 6e in the second stage. A switch 7c is opened at this time, and an output 5d of a voice adder 6c in the first stage is used if a tripartite conference is requested.
