本発明は廃タイヤを原料としてA重油相当の油を抽出す
る廃タイヤ熱分解採油装置の改良に関するものであって
、低燃費で熱効率よく熱分解するように工夫を施したも

ホイスト、チェーンブロックにより抜挿自在に挿入し、
このカプセル7の底面に上記の煙突5を包囲して同煙突
5より出る煙をカプセル7の底下に案内する通路8を形
成する作用と廃タイヤイを挿しつけて固定する作用を兼
ねて果す形成筒9を、またカプセル7の底面10と蒸釜
4の底面11との間およびカプセル7の外周面12と蒸
釜4の内周面13との間に上記の通路8より出た煙を同
煙がカプセル7の底面10および外周面12にできるだ
け接触した状態で流れるように案内する間隙14を夫々
設けると共に当該間隙14の上端15を外方に開放し、
更にカプセル7の上辺に同カプセル内の廃タイヤイ・・
・・・・より発生した熱分解ガスを冷却塔16に案内す
るパイプ17を脱着ユニオン18を介して連結し、この
パイプ17内の熱分解ガスを冷却塔16の作用により冷
却して同熱分解ガスより油分を抽出するようにし、この
抽出した油分(A重油相当の油)を送油パイプ19を介

を設けるようにしたので、廃タイヤの蒸釜内への収納は
カートリッジカプセルをホイスト、チェーンブロック等
により蒸釜外に取出し上記の形成筒にこれら廃タイヤを
挿しつげたのち再度カートリッジカプセルをホイスト、
チェーンブロック等により蒸釜に戻すという作業によっ
てこれを容易且つ効率よ(為し得る利点があり、またこ
の成形筒はこれを上記の煙突に嵌合することによって同
煙突を包囲しこの煙突と成形筒の間に煙突より出る煙を
カプセルの底下に案内する通過を形成するようにすると
共にカプセルの底面と蒸釜の底面との間およびカプセル
の外周面と蒸釜の内周面との間に上記の通路より出た煙
を囲焼がカプセルの底面および外周面にできるだけ接触
した状態で流れるように案内する間隙を夫々設けるよう
にしたので廃タイヤの加熱効率が極めて高くなって同廃
タイヤの加熱燃費を著しく低減せしめるを得る等の諸効

上に蒸釜を設け、この蒸釜の底面の中央にカマド部の煙
突を内設すると共に当該蒸釜の中に廃タイヤを入れる耐
熱保温型の開閉蓋を備えた密閉型カートリッジカプセル
をホイスト、チェーンブロック等により抜挿自在に挿入
し、このカプセルの底面に上記の煙突を包囲して同煙突
より出る煙をカプセルの底下に案内する通路を形成する
作用と廃タイヤを挿しつけて固定する作用を兼ねて果す
形成筒を、またカプセルの底面と蒸釜の底面との間およ
びカプセルの外周面と蒸釜の内周面との間に上記の通路
より出た煙を同煙がカプセルの底面および外周面にでき
るだけ接触した状態で流れるように案内する間隙を夫々
設けると共に当該間隙の上端を外方に開放し、更にカプ
セルの上辺に同カプセル内の廃タイヤより発生した熱分
解ガスを冷却塔に案内するパイプを連結し、このパイプ
内の熱分解ガスを冷却塔の作用により冷却して同熱分解
ガスより油分を抽出するようにしたことを特徴とする廃
タイヤ熱分解採油装置。1.
