持台7がロッド9αに連動して運搬箱15と共にビン8
を中心にしてロッド9αのストロークに応じた量だけ上
方向に回転する。このとき、筐体支持台7は第1図の破
線Aの如く所定角度に傾斜され運搬箱15の開口部が作
業者とほぼ対向するような第2所定位置に位置し、作業
者は運搬箱15から部品を容易に取り出し、又は所定の
