Abstract

PURPOSE:To simplify a parts constitution to perform the invariably stable and secure transmission of a signal for film speed setting by using a cartridge with a film speed display part, printed plate having conductive patterns and signal transmission member in combination. CONSTITUTION:The cartridge 1 is pressed against the side wall 11' of a cartridge chamber 12 by a cartridge paressure plate 14 provided to the rear cover 13 of a camera. The signal transmission member 15 and printed plate 16 are located at the lower end of the side wall 11'. When the film is loaded, a conductive display part formed by combining selectively film speed setting display parts 5-9 of the cartridge 1 is connected electrically to a corresponding conductive pattern on the printed plate 16 through the conductive elastic material piece 15''' of the signal transmission part 15 to transmit the automatic setting signal for the film speed of the cartridge 1 to the camera side through a film speed signal generating circuit.

As described in the above publication, a plurality of film sensitivity display sections are arranged in the direction of the outer surface generatrix of the main body of the cartridge, and the selected combination of the display sections indicates the film sensitivity of the cartridge. The display section is detected when the cartridge is loaded into the camera, and the film sensitivity is automatically set based on this detection. By the way, both an optical detection method and an electrical detection method can be used to detect the film sensitivity display, but since the exposure control of the camera is performed electrically, the former optical detection method requires photoelectric conversion. There is a problem that a device is required and the configuration becomes significantly complicated, and the latter electrical detection method is considered to be more advantageous.

However, in the signal transmission device for automatic film sensitivity setting shown in the above-mentioned publication, a leaf spring contact piece added to the camera side is used to make electrical contact with the conductive display section on the film/mother trone. It has many components, is complicated to assemble, is expensive, and requires a large amount of space, which is contrary to the recent trend toward miniaturization of cameras. Another drawback is that the electrical and mechanical precision deteriorates due to elastic fatigue of the leaf spring contact pieces with prolonged use.

Signal transmission member 15 and printed board 16 in the present invention
The details are shown in FIG. 4, and the signal transmission member 15 is as follows.
A piece of insulating elastic material (insulating rubber, etc.) 15'l 15'' and a piece of conductive elastic material (conductive rubber) 15#),
A large number of the insulating elastic material pieces 15〃 and the conductive elastic material pieces 15"' are arranged alternately with a small to medium spacing than the mutual spacing of the conductive mother turns on the printed board 16 to be described later. , the length corresponds to the entire length of the film sensitivity display sections 5 to 9, and the outer periphery thereof is surrounded and integrated with an insulating elastic material piece 15' to form a signal transmission member 15.Signal transmission member 1
Insulating elastic material pieces 1 are provided on both sides in the longitudinal direction of 5 as shown in the figure.
5' and conductive elastic material pieces 15"' are arranged and exposed alternately, but it is preferable to have a structure in which the conductive elastic material pieces 15111 are slightly protruded from the insulating elastic material pieces 15". This is advantageous for connection. The insulating portion of the signal transmission member 15 is not limited to an elastic material, and may be made of an insulating material such as relatively hard plastic, for example.

On the other hand, the printed board 16 is disposed inside the camera at a position facing the film sensitivity display sections 5 to 9 of the loading cartridge, and has film sensitivity signals (not shown) on its surface corresponding to the display sections 5 to 9, respectively. The conductive i4 turns 17-21 connected to the generating circuit are spaced apart from each other. The width of the 4 conductive turns on the printed board 16 is the same as the width of the sensitivity display section of the cartridge, and the width of the conductive elastic material piece 15'' of the signal transmission member 15 is the same as the width of the conductive nozzle. The interval between turns is made up of short distances. However, (
9) Therefore, even if a mutual positional shift occurs between the device fj4 cartridge and the printed board 16, accurate electrical connection can be made between the two, and stable and reliable film sensitivity setting can be expected.

FIG. 5 shows different embodiments of the signal transmission member,
The signal transmission member 15 has an insulating material surrounding its outer periphery made of relatively hard glass or the like, and is connected to the protrusion 3I of the film take-out slit 3 and the side wall 11' of the notrone chamber.
It forms a guide part 22 that comes into contact with the lower end of the. In the signal transmission member 15 in this embodiment, at least the conductive elastic material pieces 15/// are made to protrude from both sides to ensure sufficient contact with the conductive display portion and the conductive mother turn. With this, it is possible to stably hold the loading mother trone 2 similarly to the one disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 55-125633.

FIG. 7 shows a different embodiment of the conductive turns on the printed circuit board 16. In this embodiment, a pair of conductive four turns are arranged at intervals D2 corresponding to the individual film sensitivity indicators. provided. In this case, for example, if the fourth turn 17 of the pair of conductive turns 17 and 17' is used to transmit the film sensitivity setting signal and the fourth turn 17' is used to detect the presence or absence of the cartridge, the force of 6 In addition to transmitting the film sensitivity setting signal, it is also possible to detect the presence or absence of a cartridge, similar to that shown in FIG. It goes without saying that in this embodiment as well, the conductive elastic material pieces 15/// are designed to have a narrower width than the main turn interval in order to prevent the transmission of erroneous signals.

[Scope of Claims] A Filmno F Trone in which a plurality of film sensitivity display sections are arranged in the direction of the outer generatrix of the main body, and a selected combination of the display sections is used as a conductive display section to display the film sensitivity, and a loading device. It is placed in the camera at a position facing the film sensitivity display section of the mother trone, and conductive mother turns of small width are arranged at intervals from each other on the surface corresponding to each display section. A printed circuit board made of A signal transmission member formed by alternately arranging and integrating pieces of conductive elastic material and pieces of insulating material, and the above-mentioned z4) 0
- When the selected combination of conductive display parts is loaded into the camera, the conductive display parts of the selected combination are electrically connected to the corresponding conductive parts on the printed circuit board through the conductive elastic material pieces of the signal transmission (1) member. 1. A signal transmission device for automatic film sensitivity setting in a camera, characterized in that the signal transmission device for automatic film sensitivity setting in a camera is configured to be connected to the camera and thereby transmit a signal for automatic film sensitivity setting corresponding to the film sensitivity of the loaded mother trone to the camera side.
