Conventional wood drying systems include ventilated systems that heat outside air and send it into the drying room, absorb moisture from the wood, and then send it outside the drying room. The drying conditions are affected by the temperature and humidity of the outside air, making it difficult to control. The hot air is installed in the drying room and passed through an agitator such as a tacooling evaporator to collect and eliminate only the water vapor as drain. The cooled air is heated by a heater and circulated through the drying room again. There is a drying method, but this method has a problem in that the temperature of the drying chamber rises rapidly due to the heat generated by the compressor of the cooler. It is conceivable to control the humidity in the drying room by forming an intake vent and an exhaust vent in two places that communicate with the outside, and by using a fan or the like controlled by a thermostat to remove hot air and introduce outside air at the appropriate time. Considering the accuracy of existing thermostats, their operating temperature range needs to be at least 8°C, and especially as drying chambers have recently become larger due to cost considerations, it is necessary to lower the temperature inside the drying chamber by 8°C. It takes an extremely long time to
During this time, the drying conditions in the drying room suddenly change due to the continuous introduction of outside air, which has the disadvantage of causing cracks, warping, etc. of the wood.

In this process, the cooling action of the cooling plate (8) and the heating action of the heater plate (9) work together to maintain the inside of the drying chamber (1) at a predetermined temperature. The heat generated by the compressor (201) is gradually transferred to the drying chamber (1) via the extraction factory (06), etc., and the room temperature is gradually raised.

However, if you turn on the vent switch (8) and the vent timer switch (turn) (c) connected to it in advance, the thermostat will operate when the room temperature rises to a predetermined limit. When the solenoid (181 opens the lid I'15 of the intake pent), the exhaust pen) (171 exhaust) 1-Q8) is activated, and the exhaust vent 07) is activated as shown by the dotted line arrow in Figure 1. Part of the humid hot air is removed and the negative pressure reduces the intake vent.
The same amount of cold dry outside air is introduced into the drying room (1
This prevents the occurrence of cracking or warping of the wood panel 1) due to overheating inside the compressor (1), and prevents overloading of the compressor due to hot and humid air.

On the other hand, a thermostatically activated differential? The thermostat requires a minimum width of 8°C, and if the drying chamber (1) has an extremely large capacity, it will take an extremely long time to lower the temperature by 8°C. When the vent timer circuit is activated, the exhaust fan (18) is driven and the lid Q51 is opened intermittently, and outside air is introduced gradually, so there is no need to suddenly change the drying conditions of the drying chamber (1). The temperature is lowered without causing any change in temperature, and the wood (31) is not adversely affected.

In short, since the present invention is designed as described above, it is possible to prevent heat loss in the drying chamber (1) as much as possible, dry wood with a small amount of required heat, and keep the temperature of the drying chamber (1) within a predetermined range. In addition to being able to completely control sudden changes in drying conditions even when outside air is introduced, it has great practical effects, such as being able to prevent cracking and warping of the wood and obtain high-quality dried wood. be.
