Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture an interior trimming material comprising a synthetic resin frame and a facing material integral with each other at a high working efficiency, by using a pair of blow molds functioning also as molds for vacuum forming. CONSTITUTION:The facing material 3 consisting of a pellicle material 4 and a backing material 5 is placed in a pair of blow molds (functioning also as vacuum forming molds) 12, 12 oppositely placed, and then air is evacuated through evacuating holes 12a to vacuum-form the material 3 into a shape conforming to molding surfaces of the blow molds 12. Then, a thermoplastic resin is extruded through a die 13 to produce a parison 6', the blow molds are mated to each other, the parison 6' is inflated by feeding air through the tip of the die 13, thereby bringing the parison 6' into contact with the backing material 5 side of the facing material 3, and the thus produced synthetic resin frame 6 and the facing material are integrally jointed to each other. 成し、生産サイクルを向上させる事の出来る内装材の製
造方法を提供するもので、以下図面を参照して詳述する
所よシ明らかとなるであろう。

数句ける側である裏面側の合成樹脂フ1/−ムロより形
成されている。このバックガーニッシュ1′が本実施例
においては第2図に示す如く、同一または異なる形状の
ものが一度に得られるものである。即ち第2図で想像線
で示す如く、成形品11をカントする事により1個の成
形品11より複数の内装材としてのバックガーニッシュ
1′が得う肛る。

ノクガーニノンユに用いるように、異なる形状のものを
成形品11より得る事が出来るものである。

る事により高品質の内装材を得る事が出来、生産サイク
ルを向上させる事が出来る内装利の製造方法を得る事が
出来る。
