Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of crack owing to buckling without generating creep deformation by making a radiation pipe turnable at a proper time by a supporting device. CONSTITUTION:A flange 6 in a supporting part on the stationary side of a radiation pipe 2 is inserted between a bracket 7 projecting from a furnace body 1 and a piping flange 8 and is thus made into the construction wherein the pipe 2 is restrained from moving in its longitudinal direction and can move freely around the axis thereof. On the other hand, a plate 23 supporting the pipe 2 and a pin 14 for turning the pipe 2 are attached on the bore side of a flange 13 in the supporting part on the free side of the pipe 2. The pin 14 is fitted into a long hole 15 provided to the pipe 2 so that the elongation owing to thermal expansion is not restrained and the pipe can turn. An attachment 11 for turning the pipe 2 is inserted between a bracket 9 projecting from the body 1 and a piping 10. The attachment 11 is turned by a driving device to turn the pipe 2.

Conventionally, the radiant tube of a non-oxidizing heat treatment furnace was supported by fixing one end and leaving the other end free and deforming to avoid restraint due to thermal expansion, as shown in Figure 1. In order to prevent (deflection), a method is used in which one or more places in the intermediate portion are supported. In FIG. 1, 1 is a furnace body, 2 is a radiant tube, 3 is an intermediate support, part A is a fixed side support part of the radiant tube, and part 8 is a free side support part of the radiant tube. A bellows 4 is attached to the free side support part in conjunction with a bracket 5 fixed to the radiation tube 2 and the furnace body l in order to prevent outside air and exhaust gas from entering the furnace body.

Since the radiant tube supported in this way remains in a high-temperature environment for a long period of time, it undergoes creep deformation, and as shown in Fig. 2, it bends greatly between the supports, and the radiant tube 2 at each support section As shown by the solid line in FIG. 3 (I-I arrow view in FIG. 2), it became buckled, and eventually cracked and broke. A broken line 2a in FIG. 3 shows the cross-sectional shape of the radiant tube in a normal state. An object of the present invention is to provide a support device for a radiant tube that is less susceptible to such deformation.

The present invention is based on the knowledge that if a radiant tube placed in a high-temperature environment is rotated from time to time, deformation is less likely to progress, and the present invention is a support device that can rotate the radiant tube.

In FIG. 4, 1 is a furnace body, 2 is a radiant tube, part A is a fixed side support part of the radiant pipe 2, and part B is a free side support part of the radiant pipe. The flange 6 of the fixed side support part of the radiant tube 2 is sandwiched between the bracket 7 protruding from the furnace body 1 and the piping 2 flange 8, so that movement in the longitudinal direction of the radiant tube 2 is restrained, and rotation around the tube axis is restricted. By 4pm, the structure is such that you can move freely.

On the other hand, for the free side support part of the radiation tube 2, an attachment 11 for rotating the radiation tube 2 is inserted between the bracket 9 protruding from the furnace body 1 and the piping 10, and an attachment 11 for rotating the radiation tube 2 is inserted between the bracket 9 and the piping 10 that protrude from the furnace body 1. ) 11 is a two-part flange 12 that is connected with bolts 20. The attachment 11 that has been removed in this way is restrained from moving in the longitudinal direction of the radiation tube 2, but has a structure that allows it to rotate freely about the axis. The seal on the rotating sliding surface of the cylindrical portion 16 of the attachment 11 is provided by providing a groove 21 on the inner diameter side of the two-part flange 12.
1 is charged with a heat-resistant filler 22.

Attachment 11 has flanges at both ends, and one is fixed with a bracket 9, a flange 12, and bolts 20. At the other end, remove the plate 23 for supporting the radiation tube 2 on the inner diameter side of the flange 13, and the pin 14 for rotating the radiation tube 2 (see Figure 5.
I-II cross section), this pin 14 fits into a long hole 15 provided in the radiation tube 2, and the expansion of the radiation tube 2 due to thermal expansion is not restricted, and the radiation tube 2 can be rotated. It has a structure.
