When replacing an aging existing pipe with a new pipe, a ductile straight pipe is used as the new pipe, and a curved pipe 6 is formed between pipes 1' and 1'' as shown in Fig. 1.2. A steel bent pipe 7 having a bending degree corresponding to the pipe line 6 and having a socket is fixedly installed in the pipe line 6 of the existing pipe line 1 by an appropriate fixing means (not shown), and then A steel straight pipe 9 with a socket formed at the rear end is inserted into the shaft 2 on the socket side of the steel pipes 7 of the shafts 2 and 3 provided at both ends of the pipe line 10, and then a ductile straight pipe 5 is inserted into the shaft 2, and the steel pipe Insert the steel pipe 9 into the socket of 7. After centering both pipes 7 and 9, connect the supports 4 and 4' attached to the socket of the steel pipe 7 and the socket of the steel pipe 9 so that they can expand and contract. They are joined by pulling and inserting them with the pulling tool 8, and then the insertion port of the ductile straight pipe 5 is inserted into the socket of the fM pipe 9 and the support 4' is attached to the socket of the straight pipe 5 to join them in the same manner. The method of joining the entire insertion pipe in this manner is known as the existing pipe piping method.

Reference numeral 11 denotes a retracting tool such as a jack, and this retracting tool 11 has locking members 12 and 13 fixed to both ends by bolts 14. The lower part of the locking member 12, 13 is longer than the upper part, and the lower end of the locking member 12 is fitted into an annular recess 16 formed near the proximal end of the socket 150 of the steel pipe 7, and the locking member The lower end of the tube 13 is engaged with an annular step 18 formed near the tip of the insertion port 17 of the steel pipe 9, and the retractor 11 is kept in a substantially horizontal state when the two tubes 7.9 are joined. The recess 16 and the step 18 as described above are not formed in the socket 15 of the steel pipe 7 and the insertion port 17 of the steel pipe 9, but are not shown in the drawings. As shown in the stepped portion at the insertion opening of the tube 5, the reference 019 formed at the socket and the socket of the entire insertion tube, respectively, is an annular knob attached to the socket 15.

This invention is as described above, and after centering both the pipes 7 and 9 when installing the drawing tool 11, the lower ends of the locking members 12 provided at both ends of the drawing tool 11 are inserted into the recess 16 of the steel pipe 7. Once inserted, the lower end of the locking member 13 is locked to the stepped portion 18 of the steel pipe 9, allowing for easy installation. Furthermore, when joining the two pipes 7 and 9, it is sufficient to operate the retracting tool 11 in the above-mentioned state, and by this operation, the insertion port 17 of the steel pipe 9 becomes fIjI2O
It is inserted into the three openings 15, and the joining is completed at the position shown by the chain line where the tip of the insertion opening 17 completely covers the gasket 19. After joining the steel pipe 7 and the steel pipe 9 in this way, the steel pipe 9 and the leading ductile straight pipe 5 are joined. Fits into the recess formed in the socket,
The lower end of the locking member work 3 is locked to the step formed at the insertion port of the straight pipe 5, and the ductile straight pipe 5 is joined to the steel pipe 9 in the same manner as described above, and the entire insertion pipe is joined in the same manner. It is something to do.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which a fourth annular portion 20 is formed near the tip of the socket 17 in place of the stepped portion 18 formed at the socket 17 of the steel pipe 9. and,
After fitting the lower end of the locking member 13 of the retracting tool 1 into the four parts 20, the operation of the retracting tool 11 for joining the two pipes 7 and 9 is the same as described above. Recesses 16 and 20 into which the locking portions 5 and 12 and 13 of the tool 11 fit or lock.
, the stepped portion 18 is only one example, and it goes without saying that it can be changed to various other shapes. Also, although steel pipes 7 and 9 are given as new pipes to be joined, there are also #Ii pipes. The 9-pipe type 0 ductile straight pipe 5 may be used, or instead of the steel pipes 7 and 9, the steel pipe 9 may be replaced with the ductile straight pipe 5 and the steel pipe 7.
Needless to say, the new pipe may be a ductile curved pipe, and the new pipe may be a pipe without a socket. Furthermore, in the above, the curved pipe line 6 is formed in the middle of the existing pipe line 1. However, it is also possible to apply the present invention to an existing conduit that is substantially straight without forming such a conduit 6.

As mentioned above, the invention involves installing a first new pipe within an existing pipe,
The locking part formed on the inner surface of the end of this new pipe and the locking part formed on the inner surface of the opposite end of the second new pipe to be inserted into the existing pipe from either of the above-mentioned 10,000 wells expands and contracts. After locking both ends of the freely movable actuating member, the actuating member is actuated to draw the second new pipe toward the first new pipe and join them, and then: 6- Ends of the second new pipe After locking both ends of the operating member between a locking portion formed on the inner surface and a locking portion formed on the inner surface of the opposite end of the third new pipe to be inserted into the existing pipe from the one hole, This actuating member is activated to join the third new pipe to the second new pipe in the same manner as described above, and thereafter, multiple new pipes inserted into the existing pipe are successively joined in the same manner, so that the work of joining the new pipes is simplified. It can be carried out extremely efficiently, and since the actuating member is placed between adjacent new pipes to be joined and operated, the joining condition can be checked carefully, resulting in excellent operability, and therefore the new pipes can be joined reliably.
