Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は同調器用コイルユニットの考案に係り、正確な
組立が容易になされ、又該組立状態が安定且つ強固で、
しかもコイルケース内にコアを正確な方向を採って出入
操作することのできる同調器用コイルユニットを得よう
とするものである。

調状態を形成することにつ−ては従来から実施されてお
り、このようなコイル及びコアとその移動操作をなすた
めの移動部材とを1つのユニットとして組立てておき、
斯様なコイルユニットを目的の同調器における所定位置
に組込み選局操作させることにより個々のコイルコアを
取扱うことの煩雑さを回避することについても従来から
それなりに実施されているようである。

本考案は前記したような従来のものの不利欠点を解消す
るように研究を重ねて考案されたものであって、その具
体的な実施態様を添付図面に示すものについて説明する
と、本考案においては第1図に示すように板状材をコ字
状に屈曲成形したフレーム部体1を用い、このようなフ
レーム部体1の一端に対して複数個のコイルを有するケ
ース部体3を直角方向に取付けた端子板2をそのケース
部体3の端子板接合部と対向した端部を接合させた状態
として配置すると共にフレーム部体1の開放部側を連結
軸4によって連結緊締し、然して上記のようなコイルケ
ース内に出入操作されるコア5を取付けた移動部材6に
は前記した連結軸4と係着し該移動部材6の摺動を案内
するための係合部γを前後方向において2個形成し、斯
かる係合部1,1によって移動部材6の移動をガイドす
るように成っており、然して上記したようなフレーム部
体1の中間部には両端に段部8aを形成した抑止杆8を
上記連結軸4と略平行状態に設けて成るものである。

ム部体1と移動部材6及び連結杆4゜4aの関係が常に
正確な組付関係を採り、斯様な一方の連結杆4に対して
移動部材6が複数の係合部1,1を以て係合案内される
ので該移動部材6に取付けられたコア5のコイルケース
3に対する出入操作も常に芯合わせさせた正確なものと
なって円滑適切な同調操作関係を形成することができる
等の作用効果を有しており、実用上製作上その効果の大
きい考案である。
