In the case of large trucks and other vehicles in which the driver's seat is located in a high position, there is a blind area on the left side of the driver, even though the vehicle is equipped with a main rearview mirror and an under mirror outside the vehicle. Therefore, if there are people or bicycles within the blind area, the driver cannot see them, and the difference between the rear and rear wheels when turning left often causes accidents involving people or bicycles, which has become a social problem.

As shown in these figures, in trucks, etc., the main outside mirror b is attached to the stay a that projects outside.
and an under mirror C are installed, but the field of view with the main outside mirror B is B shown in Figure 3, and the field of view with the under mirror C is C, which is required for safety in Area Y notified by the Ministry of Transport. On the other hand, there is a blind area X.

Furthermore, since the under mirror C has a small curvature of 100 to 120 R, the image produced by the under mirror C is small and has a large distortion, resulting in poor visibility.

また映像は反転しており、旧確な位置関係も得にくい。Furthermore, the images are reversed, making it difficult to obtain accurate positional relationships.

As described above, the present invention provides a blind area viewing device for automobiles having an objective mirror for capturing the blind area and pair of glasses arranged so as to make the image captured by the objective mirror visible. A wind direction adjustment member is attached to the front side of the objective mirror in the direction perpendicular to the vehicle, and the wind direction adjustment member guides the traveling wind in a laminar flow to a position having a distance from the mirror surface of the objective mirror or the cover member of the housing, The laminar running wind prevents the adhesion of foreign substances such as raindrops and dust that reduce visibility, so it is possible to prevent water droplets and foreign substances from attaching to the cover member or mirror of the blind area visibility device. This has the effect of preventing the adhesion of particles and maintaining good visibility.
