内側の直腸を結合して直腸の患部の両側を縫合し、その
後に切断して手術するか、或は直腸の患部部分を体内で
切断して、その両端を体外に弓出して縫合して手術する
ものであり、いずれの場合も縫合を終った直腸は肛門を
通して体内に戻すことにより第7図及び第8図の如く縫
合された状態で体内に戻るものである。

て少なくすることができ、また、多角形状の一面に設け
た針受座に向き合う縫合体を前記針受座の後方で前記嘴
体後方に延設,した基杆の周上に支点を枢着した梃子状
の作動杆の先端にそれぞれ取付け、基杆後方に移動させ
ることで該作動杆の後端を押上げて前記縫合体と針受座
との間で縫合すべき体内の管路を挟み付けるべく作動さ
せる作動体を前記基杆内に摺動自在に収容したことによ
り、体内の管路を挟み付ける操作が非常に簡単に、そし
て一度に行なうことができると共に、前記縫合体に装着
した多数の押圧体を、例えば、一個の如き少数の圧迫体
で同時に作動させて縫合操作を行なうこともできるから
、この場合には縫合操作が迅速となり、一個の縫合体に
収容した各押圧体は総て平行に配置できるのでその構威
も簡単となり、また、各抑圧体も作動させるときの抵抗
や引掛りも小なくなるものである。

との間で縫合すべき体内の管路を挟み付けるべく作動さ
せる作動体を前記基杆内に摺動自在に収容したことを特
徴とする体内管路の縫合装置。
