【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は、多液性染料の連続自動調合装置に関するもの
であり、特に合成繊維の原液着色紡糸時に使用する液体
調合染料の調合装置の改良に係る。

これまでの染料等の調合は、希望する色見本に対して該
色の成分を構成する数種の原色染料を経験曲目分量にお
いて希望する色見本に対応させながら調合する方法が採
られていて、その調合に際して極めて高い経験と熟練と
を要している。又、上述する熟練者のした調合も所望量
以上の過分調合がしばしば行なわれると共に、複数の液
体染料を混合してなる調合染料は、予め配合処理が施こ
されたまま放置されていると、該調合染料は経時変化に
よる染料スケールの発生、色調変化等種々問題点を有し
ている。このため調合染料の使用直前において、上記複
数の原色液体染料を配合して調合染料を作る必要があり
、又かかる染料の配合比は高い精度を必要とし乍ら、配
合作業場ではj1n常有機溶剤等を取り扱うため、上記
高い精度の配合作業を人為的に行う上での作業環境が悪
く満足な作業を遂行出来ないこともある。

本発明の目的は、上述する諸々の問題点および欠点を解
消する多液性染料の連続自動調合装置を提供することに
ある。

ター)からなるシステムでチェックとフィードバック出
来る手段を具備した多液性染料の連続自動調合装置を提
供することにある。

本発明は、上述する目的を達成するにあたって具体的に
は異なった液体原色染料を各別に収容した複数個の染料
タンクの排出口に設けた開閉パルプ部材と、前記各開閉
パルプ部材は計量機を通じてあらかじめ定めた設定値に
従い開閉操作するだめの制御機構と、各染料タンク内の
染料溶液を針様溶剤を受入れ混合して調合染料とする混
合槽と、この混合槽を2槽以上持ち、交互に使用するこ
とにより調合染液が連続的に供給されることを具えた多
液性染料の連続自動調合装置である。

b)に流下する。全ての原液染料の計量が終了した時点
で電動弁(4d)が開き有機溶剤(アセトン)タンク■
よシ有機溶剤送液ポンプa9で圧送された有機溶剤の洗
浄液を計量槽洗浄シャワー(8)を通じて噴出させ、計
量槽(5)内部と導管内の洗浄を行いながら所定量の流
量を計量計(ハ)で測定して染液混合槽(9a)に流下
させる。尚、計量槽(5)の内部を有機溶剤で洗浄する
ため、作業環境を考慮して計量槽上蓋(6)が取付けて
あり、計量槽(5)とのシールは、シール液体(シリコ
ン油)α傷でシールを行っている。又、計量槽内部に発
生した溶剤蒸気は溶剤回収塔Oに配管で導かれ処理され
る。

流出させる。第2次洗浄として、アセトンタンク[有]
から有機溶剤送液ポンプa$と流量計QDを通して一定
量の溶剤をNo 1溶剤洗浄ノズル(28a)より噴出
させ洗浄を行い、排染液は廃染料容器(ト)に排出する
訟浄を完了した時点で電動バルブ(4j)、 (4m)
は閉となシ次回の調合染料の仕込の受入体勢を作る。こ
れ等一連のサイクル1NO1混合槽(9a)とNa3混
合槽(9b) f繰返すことにより調合染料が連続して

Claims (1)

【特許請求の範囲】[Claims] 2種以上の液体染料を自動配合して調合染料を得て、こ
れを連続供給出来る自動染料調合装置であって、上記そ
れぞれの液体染料収納タンクから個別的に、かつ順番に
各液体を計量ポツパーに供給するように操作される切換
弁群と、上記計量ホッパー内に供給される液体染料毎に
配合量を検出して上記パルプをあらかじめ定めた設定値
に従い開閉操作するための制御機構を有した計量手段と
、上記染料排出後、計量ホッパー内に洗浄液として有機
溶剤を噴出して洗浄する手段とを有せしめた計量槽から
供給された染料と有機溶剤とを撹拌して調合染料とする
だめの撹拌手段と、調合染液排出後、洗浄液を噴出して
洗浄する手段とを具備した混合槽内で調合染液を作り、
上記混合槽を交互に使用することによシ調合染液が連続
的に供給されることを特徴とする多液性染料の連続自動
調合装置。
