Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve the working efficiency of a heating system by a method wherein a heat accumulating part is formed at the lower part of a floor heating panel and a switching valve is utilized for supplying heating medium, thereby obtaining an easy reaction to the high or low temperature of the heating medium so as to approach a preset temperature of the panel. CONSTITUTION:The heat accumulating part 2 is formed in the lower part of the floor heating panel 1 of the heating medium temperature type, and a heat insulative layer 3 is formed below the part 2. A pipe 5 running through the part 2 is connected to a pipe 4 of the panel 1. When the temperature of the heating medium is higher than the preset temperature of the panel 1, The heating medium is flowed by the switching valve 7 into the heat accumulating part 2, where the heat is absorbed to lower the temperature, and thereafter, supplied to the pipe 4. On the other hand, when the medium temperature is within the preset value, the heating medium is flowed directly into the pipe 4 by the switching valve 7. Thus, even if the medium temperature is too high, an easy reaction can be obtained by supplying the heating medium to the pipe 4 via the heat accumulating part 2 by means of the switching valve 7.

In other words, if the temperature of the heat medium in the flow path (18) is too high,
The flow rate is regulated by a three-way mixing valve (171).If we look at this in the example of a solar heating system in Figure 6, the heat collected in the heat collector (9) is transferred to the heat storage tank (IO) by the circulation pump O1.
IK is carried. However, in this configuration, only the amount of heat consumed in panel 06) is utilized from heat storage tank 0, so even if there is a surplus of thermal energy in the heat storage tank (totK), the amount of heat used is from panel α6). The amount of heat dissipated is only , and the heat medium utilization efficiency is very poor. In addition, as shown in Fig. 7, in the conventional heating system using the panel (16), in order to set the outlet temperature of the heating boiler (151) to a low temperature, the boiler 05 is controlled by ON-OFF, and the differential Although it is controlled by a three-way mixing valve (171), the range of the temperature that circulates through the panel (6) and drops is short, and the efficiency cannot be improved.

The present invention improves the conventional heating system as described above, and as shown in FIG. 0 (4I) with floor heating (1)
The heat medium piping (5) is installed on the back side of the heat storage section (21
This is the heat medium piping installed inside. Figure 2 shows the state of the piping, and the heat transfer between the panel (1) and the heat storage section (21) is good, and the pipe (51) passing through the heat storage section (2) is connected to the panel (
The temperature of the heating medium supplied to the floor heating panel connected to the pipe (41) in 1) is detected by a sensor (61), and the switching valve (7) (three-way valve) is activated. (8
' is a pump. The switching valve (7) is provided to be able to selectively switch between sending the heat medium from the heat medium heating section directly to the panel (1) and sending it to the panel (1) after passing through the heat storage section (2). Ta.

Since the present invention has the above-described configuration, when the heating medium temperature is higher than the set temperature of the panel (1), the switching valve (7) sends the heating medium to the piping (51), and the heat storage section (21 absorbs heat). After lowering the temperature, the heating medium is passed through the pipe (41), and if the heating medium temperature is within the set temperature of the panel (1), the switching valve (
7), it is now possible to send the heat medium directly to the piping (41).Since a heat insulating layer (31) is formed at the bottom of the heat storage section (21), heat radiation from the bottom can be prevented.

There is a surplus of thermal energy in the heat storage tank α0), and the panel (1
) If a temperature higher than the set temperature of the heat exchanger (121) is obtained, the switching valve (7) stores heat in the heat storage section (2:) and then sends it to the panel (1). This makes it possible to supply the necessary thermal energy from the heat storage tank 00) via the heat exchanger U21, which has the same effect as having a heat storage tank for heating. If the temperature required for heating cannot be obtained due to a drop in the temperature in the heat storage tank 00) when hot water is supplied after a day, heating is performed by the heat storage in the heat storage section (21) of the floor heating panel.

In addition, in the floor heating system shown in FIG. 4, a boiler Q51 is provided as a heat medium heating section, and when the heating temperature of this boiler (151) is higher than the set temperature of the panel (1), the heat storage section f2+ of the floor heating panel is connected to the panel ( In this case, when the water is supplied to panel (1), the differential of boiler Q51 becomes small, and even after boiler (151) is stopped, there is no significant cooling.

By using the device of the present invention as described above, even if the temperature of the heat medium supplied from the heat medium heating unit to the floor heating system varies, the switching valve can be used to switch the heat medium to be supplied via the heat storage unit. In addition, there is no need to have a heat storage tank for heating as a heating medium heating section, and the heat storage section can store heat, increasing the heat capacity. As a floor heating panel, the effect is that temperature changes are small and you can always obtain comfortable heating.
