Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry out dust removal at an electrode part simply in good efficiency without stopping the operation of a dust collecting apparatus, by a method wherein the electrode part of a primary dust collecting chamber is constituted from a circular or a polygonal discharge electrode and a dust collecting electrode in mutually opposed relation to each other and both electrodes are periodically or continuously rotated. CONSTITUTION:When the motor 5 of an electric dust collecting apparatus is started to rotate a dust sucking fan 4, fume dust and oil mist (fume mist) coming from a dust generating source is sucked into a primary dust collecting chamber 1 from a dust sucking port 1a thereof and, when passed between a discharge electrode 2A and a dust collecting electrode 2B constituting an electrode part 2, sucked to the side of a second dust collecting chamber 3 while charged to be coagulated and grown to coarse particles to be collected by a bag filter 6. In this case, the fume mist adhered to and accumulated on the electrodes 2A, 2B are shaken off and removed by centrifugal force generated through the continuous or periodical rotation of the electrodes 2A, 2B. Therefore, an ignition accident due to the accumulation of the fume mist can be prevented.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an electric industry III for collecting fume and oil mist generated during arc welding, etc., and in particular, for collecting fume dust generated during carbon dioxide welding. In order to prevent ignition of flammable fume containing oil mist, the fume dust and oil mist that have adhered to or aggregated on the dust collection electrode are removed regularly or continuously.
This invention relates to an electrostatic precipitator equipped with a cleaning function.

As a method of collecting fine fume dust, an electrostatic precipitator is widely used in which the fume dust is made coarse and resistant to adhesion to the electrode part, or is electrostatically aggregated, and then collected in a bag filter. When the fume dust that is attracted to the discharge electrode and dust collection electrode that make up the electrode section sticks and accumulates, it causes spark discharge and causes the leakage of oil, resin, etc.
If the easily flammable carbon fume containing carbon ignites and is sucked into the bag filter, there is a danger that the bag filter will catch fire, so it was necessary to remove the fume dust that adhered to and accumulated on the electrodes.

However, since the electrode part is complicatedly constructed with discharge wires, dust collecting electrode plates, etc., the dust removal work is extremely complicated and easy to neglect, and there are many problems in which dust removal is incomplete due to busy schedules. (Therefore, the present applicant first applied for the
- In the invention of No. 194222, the dust collection operation was stopped once every few hours, and the dust removal brush was activated to clean the electrode part before the next dust collection operation could be started. We proposed a cleaning device for dust collection electrodes and succeeded in solving the above problem. However, with this cleaning device, the operation of the dust collector must be stopped for a certain period of time to remove dust, so there are problems with work efficiency, such as having to stop work such as welding during this time, and who is responsible for handling the dust removal brush each time. There remains the problem of inefficient operation, in which dust cannot be removed from the electrode section and the dust collector cannot be restarted unless this operation is performed. In addition, cleaning with a dust removal brush has low dust removal efficiency, and it is difficult to operate the handle accurately. Otherwise, there would be a problem that dust would be removed unevenly and fume dust would adhere to and remain on the electrode portion.

Therefore, the present invention is an electrostatic precipitator developed to solve the above-mentioned problems, and its purpose is to remove dust from the electrode part extremely easily and efficiently without stopping the operation of the precipitator. The purpose of the present invention is to provide an electrical industry M device devised in the following manner, and in order to achieve this object, the present invention includes an electrode portion composed of a circular or polygonal discharge electrode body and a dust collecting body facing each other. However, by rotating these regularly or continuously, the fume dust that has adhered or accumulated is removed.

Since the present invention is as described above, the fume mist sucked into the primary dust collection chamber 1 by the rotation of the dust suction fan 4 is transferred between the discharge electrode body 2A constituting the electrode section 2 and the dust collection electrode body 2.
When passing between the discharge electrodes 2A and TA, the discharge electrodes 2A and TA are charged, agglomerated, and coarsened while being attracted toward the second arbor room 3 and collected by the bag filter 6.
The fume and mist that accumulates on the dust electrode body 2B can be prevented from sticking and accumulating by rotating both 2A and 2B continuously or periodically by the motor 12. The dust removal rotation of the electrode body 2A and the dust collecting pole body 2B is performed using different rotation means, that is, the motor 12 and the second motor 12.
A more excellent dust removal effect can be achieved by rotating the rotation ratio or direction of rotation separately according to A.

In addition, in the present invention, since dust can be removed by rotating the electrode part as described above, it is possible to perform dust removal operation while performing dust collection operation of the dust collector. It is extremely easy electrically to control the rotation of this rotating means continuously or periodically. Therefore, by automating the rotation control of the electrode section, it is possible to eliminate the complicated dust removal work. release the members,
In addition, it is possible to prevent combustion accidents due to neglect of dust removal work, and it has the advantage of eliminating all the drawbacks of this type of conventional equipment, which removes dust from the electrode part by rotating the dust removal brush. We are prepared.

In a dust collector in which a secondary dust collecting chamber is connected with a filter for collecting dust, the electrode portions of the secondary dust collecting chambers are arranged in a circular shape or oppositely facing each other. It is composed of a polygonal discharge electrode body and a dust collection electrode body,
An electrostatic precipitator characterized in that the discharge electrode body and the east electrode body are configured to be rotated periodically or continuously by separate rotating means.
