Leaf spring contact type pushbutton switches used in computer terminals and electric typewriters have an inverted spring made of a bent beryllium copper thin plate, similar to those used in microswitches, arranged flat on the bottom plate. The reversing spring is reversed by vertically pressing the reversing spring with an actuating member to which a push button is attached, and the movable contact attached to the reversing spring is brought into contact with a fixed contact provided on the bottom plate to turn on the switch.

This type of switch uses a reversing spring made by bending a thin sheet of beryllium copper, so it has the advantage of providing light switching action and a clear switching sensation, but the reversing spring is placed flat on the bottom plate. Because of this, it was not only impossible to provide multiple switching circuits, but also it was not possible to incorporate an accessory mechanism internally.

For that purpose, the push button switch of the present invention has a fixed contact on one side of a first frame that is formed into a flat plate and has a hole in the center of the first frame that passes through a tactile lever that presses a movable contact. A fixed terminal and a movable terminal that conducts with the movable contact are attached, a reversing leaf spring having the movable contact is provided on the other surface of the iron frame, and the reversing leaf spring and the movable terminal are fitted, and The fixed contact and the movable contact are made to face each other, and the leg that fits the rubber spring catcher on which the coil spring is placed on which the lever movable in the vertical direction is placed is placed on one side, and the foot of the leaf spring for reversing is placed on the other side. A tact lever having a back surface that presses the movable plate is formed into a substantially L-shape, and a shaft for rotating the legs and the back surface in a plane perpendicular to the plane of the frame is rotatably passed through the substantially central corner of the L shape, Both ends of the shaft are fixed to the frame perpendicular to the moving direction of the lever, the back of the tact lever is brought into contact with the movable plate of the reversing leaf spring, and the legs are fitted with rubber spring supports. A first contact mechanism, a fixed side terminal with a fixed contact provided on one side of a second frame having a flat plate shape and a hole provided approximately in the center of the surface, and a movable side terminal that conducts with the movable contact are attached. A movable plate spring having the movable contact and a U-shaped portion is provided on the other surface of the iron frame, the movable plate spring and the movable terminal are fitted together, and the fixed contact and the movable contact are opposed to each other. A second contact mechanism is arranged in parallel with the surface on which the fixed terminal and movable side terminal of the first contact mechanism are attached and the surface on which the movable leaf spring of the second contact mechanism is attached inside, and both The lower part of the frame of the contact mechanism is fixed to the low plate, and the coil spring, the lever, and the elastic body provided directly below the lever and fixed to the low plate are arranged in the gap between the two contact mechanisms, and the first In the operating section, the operating force of the lever is transmitted to the first contact mechanism via the coil spring to operate it, and in the second operating section, the operating protrusion and U-shaped portion provided on the lever actuate the second contact mechanism. The invention is characterized in that the lever deforms the elastic body in the second operation section to enable the lever to be depressed and lowered.Examples of the present invention will be described below in detail with reference to the drawings.

The operation of the contact mechanism 5 in the first operation section as described above is such that the lever position when the switch is on and the lever device when the switch is off are different depending on the combination of the coil spring 3 and the reversing leaf spring 53. A so-called hysteresis operation is performed.

As explained in detail above, in the push button switch of the present invention, the operating force applied to the lever opens and closes the contacts through a coil spring and by utilizing the see-saw movement of the tact lever. The operating touch of the switch can be made very light, making the switch switching operation very light, and not only does the operator experience less fatigue even if the operator operates it many times in succession, but the switch also has hysteresis operation. This makes it possible to prevent malfunctions of the switch and ensure reliable switching operations.

In addition, the lever position for operating one contact mechanism is different from the lever position for operating the other contact mechanism, and the operating force for operating these two contact mechanisms is also different, so one lever can operate two circuits. They can be operated separately and reliably.

Furthermore, the push button switch of the present invention has two contact mechanisms that have the above effects arranged parallel to the moving direction of the lever.
One contact mechanism can be installed, and another contact mechanism can be installed on the other half, and a remaining part with the contact mechanism attached is created on the tap root of the lower case. Diodes and the like used for the N-key rollover circuit can be provided, and there is no need to provide them outside the switch.
