Drivers of cars traveling on expressways tend to slow down when they approach a tunnel because it is dark in front of them, which causes traffic jams in front of the tunnel and causes accidents. It is known that there are Furthermore, it is known that the sound pressure distribution due to noise generated by automobiles becomes large at the corners of tunnel entrances, and as a countermeasure against this noise, sound insulation can be provided using louvers.

However, shielding the road surface in front of the tunnel from sunlight and controlling the brightness of the road surface using electric lights is not preferable because it requires a large amount of power and other maintenance costs. Therefore, as shown in Figure 1, louvers 2, which are formed in a lattice shape with diagonal members made of plate materials inclined approximately 600 degrees from the horizontal and facing south, are installed in the front part of the tunnel L for about 30 m, and in the short distance between the tunnels. It is planned to be placed above the road surface between tunnels to dim the light and insulate the road surface.

In FIG. 2, numeral 3 indicates a belt-shaped flat plate material before being bent into a step-like shape. The strip-like flat plate material 3 has an equal width W over its entire length. When this strip-shaped flat plate material 3 is bent into a step-like shape along a plurality of lines inclined at the same angle with respect to the longitudinal edges indicated by dotted lines so that the height a and width of each step are equal, the result is as shown in Fig. 3. , Fig. G, and Fig. S. The bent corner □ 3C is bent so that the height] 3a and the width surface 3b are lI and O to form a bond. A plurality of the step-shaped flat plate materials 3 are arranged so that their longitudinal edges q lie along one plane, and are placed side by side so that only the bent corners 3C are in contact with each other, and the bent corners 3c are welded and screwed together. If they are combined equally, a lattice-like body in which the height surface 3a and the width surface 3b are inclined with respect to the parallel planes is obtained. The present invention uses this as a light-shielding/sound-insulating louver.

When used simply as a light-shielding louver, an aluminum plate, a steel plate, etc. can be used as the band-shaped flat plate material 3, and as a sound-insulating louver, a sound absorbing material is applied to one or both sides of these plates. When making a louver for an automobile road, by setting the inclination angle q of the width surface 3b with respect to the parallel surface to be AC3, and selecting the height a relative to the width W of the strip-shaped flat plate material 3, the angle of inclination q with respect to the parallel surface is ! According to the present invention, since the louver can be constructed only from band-like flat plate materials formed in a step-like shape, the number of assembly steps can be significantly reduced compared to the case where diagonal members and vertical members are separately manufactured. Since loss can be almost completely eliminated, construction costs can be significantly reduced when making large items such as road louvers.
