踏込み位置にて開閉して高圧室と蓄圧タンクとの連通、
遮断を行う開閉弁と、パワーシリンダの高圧室とを順次
直列に配管にて接続し、かつ低圧室の圧力が設定圧より
上昇しで作動する第1圧力スイツチと、蓄圧タンクの圧
力が設定圧力より降下して作動する第2圧力スイツチと
を第1圧力スイツチが第2圧力スイツチより優先作動す
るように設けて、少なくとも第1電磁切換弁及び第2電
磁切換弁を制御するようにしたことを特徴とする真空式
