Claims (1)
ほぼ一定巾だけ残して夫々電極膜を形成するとともにこ
れら電極膜を上記両主面の各他側から上記誘電体基板の
側面に夫々延長してなる複数個のコンデンサユニットか
らなり、これらコンデンサユニットを耐熱性の絶縁フィ
ルムを間にして積み重ね、全体を誘電体基板の側面に引
き出された電極膜を残して絶縁材料で被覆したことを特
徴とする積み重ね形セラミックコンデンサ。Electrode films are formed on each side of both main surfaces of a rectangular plate-like dielectric substrate by leaving a substantially constant width, and these electrode films are applied to the dielectric substrate from each other side of both main surfaces. It consists of multiple capacitor units each extending from the side, and these capacitor units are stacked with a heat-resistant insulating film in between, and the whole is covered with an insulating material, leaving the electrode film drawn out on the side of the dielectric substrate.
