Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide a gravity damper device in a duct which can remove sliding between the damper device and a seal material in a simple structure by obliquely disposing a damper gate in such a manner that when a passage is totally closed, the gate is pressed to a damper sheet portion by partial pressure of dead load of the gate. CONSTITUTION:When a duct 2 forming a flue 1 is horizontal, a gate 3 is disposed obliquely so that the gate 3 is vertically rolled down on a seal material 5 between a damper sheet portion 4 and the gate 3. In this case, if the angle of inclination of the gate 3 is theta, the orthogonal force of the gate 3 is expressed by Wsintheta (W: dead load of the gate). Accordingly, W and theta can be selected by a spring constant and displacement of the seal material 5. 上部のシール材がゲートと圧着しながら連続摺動する為
昇降動力が大会〈なり、摺動のためシール材も傷み易く
、而もシール材を圧着するための圧着礒構を必要とし構
造1雑でコスト高になる欠点がある。
