Abstract

PURPOSE:To dispense with a slip ring for preventing noise occurrence and signal attenuation by fixing a take-up drum of a cable, delivering and taking up the cable with a motor built in the drum and providing an orderly winding mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When a movable body moves in the direction of arrow 30, a motor 20 is rotated in the direction of delivering a cable 3 to turn turning arms 10, 12 around a cable drum 2 and feed the cable 3 out of the drum 2. The cable 3, while maintaining a position of a dancer roller 19 of a sag detecting section 8, is movably pulled in the direction of arrow 30. When the feed amount of the cable 3 at the motor 20 side gets deficient, the roller 19 is pulled up to operate a limit switch 22 with a contactor 27. If the feed amount of the cable at the movable body side gers deficient by some abnormalities, the roller 19 is lowered to operate a limit switch 21 with the contactor 27. Also, when the movable body moves in the opposite direction to the arrow 30, the motor 20 is rotated in the direction of taking up the cable 3.

The object of the present invention is to eliminate the drawbacks of the above-mentioned prior art;
An object of the present invention is to provide a cable reel device capable of sending out a cable as a moving object moves or winding up the cable in an orderly manner. By eliminating the slip ring, which is a disadvantage of cable reels, fixing the cable reel, and winding and unwinding the cable from the outside of the cable reel, the cable can be stored more compactly.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an embodiment of the present invention. cable 3
is wound around a cable drum 2 fixed to a base 1 placed on the floor, and one end thereof is connected to a power source or a control device. The other end has an alignment winding mechanism 4, a guide boo 9-5, a deviation prevention pulley 6, and a guide roller 7.
, and is connected to the moving body via the slack detection section 8 (not shown). A motor 20 is built into the body of the cable drum 2, and a rotating shaft 9 of the motor 20 has a plurality of recessed swing arms 10 at positions that do not touch the outer periphery of the cable drum 2. A ninth roller 11 is provided for smooth turning. The roller 11 is always behind the outer periphery of the cable drum and moves while rolling on the outside of the cable drum 2 as the swing arm 10 turns. One arm 12 of the plurality of cylindrical shells is provided with an alignment winding mechanism 4 and a kite pulley 5. The aligned winding mechanism 4V is a reciprocating mechanism that uses a camshaft 14, etc., which is usually well-circulated. Teeth at one end of the camshaft 14! 115 is fixed, and I'J111:l which rotates freely with the arm 12.
It meshes with a rack 16 provided outside the lower part of the cable drum 2 through the cable drum 2. FIG. 2 shows the aligned winding mechanism. The camshaft 14 and the cam nut 17 mesh with each other, and the rotation of the camshaft causes the cam nut 1 to
7 moves. The cam nut 17 is prevented from rotating by the arm 12 and moves only in the axial direction of the camshaft 14. The cable 3 is installed in the cam nut 17 and is attached to the guide roller 181 in two sets, and by attaching the two sets perpendicularly and passing between them, the cable 3 can easily pass through even if the cam nut 17 moves.

FIG. 3 shows a slack detection section of the cable 3. base 28
Rollers 23 and 24 are fixed on the upper part, and a dancer roller 19 is attached to the lower part by loosening springs 25 and 26. The dancer roller 19 has a tentacle 27, and as the dancer roller 19 moves up and down, a limit switch 21.
22't-opens and closes, and by this opening and closing, any slack or overload in the cable 3 can be detected. This will be explained below using FIGS. 1, 2, and 3. First, when the moving body moves in the direction of arrow 30 and reaches 9, the motor 20 simultaneously moves the cable 3
The cables 3 begin to rotate in the direction in which they are sent out, and the swing arm 10.12 moves around the cable drum 2, and the cables 3 are sequentially paid out from the cable drum 2. The dancer roller 19 of the sagging detection section 8 maintains its position while the cable 3 is pulled and moved in the direction of the arrow 30. If the amount of feed of the cable 3 of the motor 20Ill is insufficient for some reason, the dancer roller 19 is pulled upward and the tentacle 27 operates the limit switch 221r. On the other hand, if there is an abnormality on the movable body side and the amount of cable movement in the direction of the arrow is insufficient, the dancer roller 19 descends downward and the tentacle 27 operates the limit switch 21. Furthermore, when the moving object moves in the opposite direction to the arrow 30,
At the same time as the movement, the motor 20 is rotated in a direction to wind up the cable 3. At this time, if there is something wrong with the cable on the movable body side and the amount of movement decreases, the dancer roller 1'1.
It is pulled up in the fE direction, and the tentacle 27 operates the limit switch 22. TFC, due to an abnormality on the motor side.”
- If the pull 30 winding violet is insufficient, the dancer roller 1
9 descends downward and activates the limit switch 21 with its tentacles. When these limit switches 21 and 22 are operated, a sequence is set up to cut off the power of the motor 20 and the movable body, and 'y-pull 3 is maintained. in this way,
No matter what kind of abnormality occurs when the cable 3 is moved, the cable can be protected.

Next, as for the aligned winding mechanism 4, aligned winding is adjusted by the rotation speed of the rotating arm 12 and the amount of movement of the cam nut 17. Normally, the rotating arm 12 is connected to the cable drum 2 t-1f.
It is sufficient for the cam nut 17Fi to move by an amount equal to the diameter of the cable 3 during the fl movement, and this amount of movement is easily obtained by the pitch of the cam groove of the camshaft, the gear 13.15, and the rack 16.
