Unified information 4 containing the CM frame information and tape positions where each CM is recorded is recorded corresponding to a header 1 at the front end of the tape. When the information is read by an on-air controlling device at the time of on- air, therefore, the retriveing operation at the time of CM-broadcasting is performed easily and surely without using plural rolls of tapes and plural sets of VTR.
