PURPOSE:To transmit audio and information signals at a station or between two stations at the same time, by transmitting an audio signal through eliminating the center band flat in phase characteristic in the transmission band and transmitting the information signal at the center band. CONSTITUTION:An audio signal from a telephone set 1 is applied to a hybrid circuit 3 via a band block filter 2 in voice of e.g., 300-1,000Hz and 2.5- 3.4kHz. On the other hand, the information signal having the frequency component of 1.1-2.3kHz reaches the circuit 3 via a BPF8 from a transmission section of an information signal transmission/reception device 7, synthesized with the audio signal, branched at the hybrid circuit 4 and transmitted from a terminal 5.
