Abstract

PURPOSE:To make the governor-free operation safe, by changing respective variations of output correction quantities of a gas turbine and a steam turbine by the shift between a set frequency of a generator and an actual output frequency. CONSTITUTION:A frequency shift signal S9 generated between a set frequency of a generator, which is connected to the same shaft as a gas turbine and a steam turbine, and an actual output frequency has the small shift cut by a gas turbine blind sector setter 19 and a steam turbine blind sector setter 20 and is given to a gas turbine adjustment rate corrector 21 and a steam turbine adjustment rate corrector 22. When the frequency shift is small comparatively, an output signal S10 of the corrector 21 is restrained low, and the variation of the output correction quantity of the steam turbine is enlarged by an output signal S11 of the corrector 22 to open a steam control valve 9. When the frequency shift is large, signals S10 and S11 are made large and small, respectively, and the variation of the output correction quantity of the gas turbine is enlarged to control a fuel controlling valve 12, and the variation of the output correction quantity of the steam turbine is reduced to control the steam controlling valve 9.
