CONSTITUTION:A data is written into a register RG by the signal WP, and power output elements RY0-RY3 of relay constitution are driven by the output signal of the register RG and drivers Dr0-Dr3. An on-off detecting circuit of a driver consisting of resistances R0-R3, R10-R13 and R20-R22, diodes BD0-BD3 and inverters INV0-INV3 and a dissidence detecting circuit NCO functioning as a comparator and comprising exclusive OR circuits EOR0-EOR3 and an OR circuit are provided to an output circuit. Then the outputs of INV0-INV3 and the dissidence signals to outputs L0-L3 of the register are read out by the signal RP to confirm a fault of a driver.
