When a memory switch 5 is operated, receiving frequency data and voice information data are stored in correspondence between them after the data storage signal from the detecting part 30 is inputted by a computer part 12; and when a broadcast of the same frequency data is received, stored voice information data is outputted through the converting part 35 as a voice.
