Abstract

PURPOSE:To perform the brazing reliably by facilitating the positioning of the axial position and the phase angle in rotary direction against the shaft part of a fitting part thereby preventing the cracking and the gnawing of the part at the assembling. CONSTITUTION:A fitting part 2 has a hole fittable over a hollow shaft part 1 while a radial groove 4 is provided in the inner circumference of said hole 3. The fitting part 2 is inserted into the shaft part 1 and the relative positioning is performed such that the axial position of the fitting part 2 and the phase in the rotary direction will come to the predetermined position against the shaft part 1 and held by a stopper 5. Oil holes 7 are punched out radially through the fitting part 2 and the shaft part 1 from the opposite direction of the diameter of the groove 4 by means of a punch 6. The punch 6 is further advanced to deform by compression the inner wall of the hollow shaft part 1 thus to form a projection 8 and to fix temporarily.
