CONSTITUTION:A CPU21, an ROM22 which contains a read-in a program, and a buffer memory 33 for storing a data temporarily are provided on a reproduction system 20 of TV character broadcasting. Also, said system is provided with a display memory 34 which is independent of data and address buses 24, 25 of the CPU21, and address counters 43-45 for designating an address of this memory 34. In this way, a data is read out from the memory 34 by synchronizing the counting of the counters 43-45 and the vertical and horizontal scanning of the image receiving tube, and its data is displayed on the image receiving tube. Also, a data of the memory 33 is processed in accordance with a program of th ROM22 by the CPU21. Afterward, the data of the memory 33 is transferred and written to the memory 34 without using the buses 24, 25, and also said data is supplied to the image receiving tube and is displayed.
