CONSTITUTION:A telephone set 21 is connected to a 2-wire side terminal of a subscriber circuit 22 having 2-wire - 4-wire conversion function, and a switch 23 is connected in series with a 4-wire side reception terminal, and an overvoltage preventing varistor 25 and an outgoing restriction signal source 26 are connected to an amplification factor adjusting resistor 24 connected to the teminal of the switch 23. The input impedance of 4-wire side is taken as a high impedance. If the transmission of the outgoing restriction is required, the signal transmission relay 23 is closed, allowing to transmit the outgoing restriction signal to a subscriber 21 via a subscriber circuit 22 with a low power.
