Abstract

PURPOSE: To eliminate detection-unable-part and to increase the detection accuracy, by detecting the production of pulses in a drive oil and starting counter from the time point of detection.
CONSTITUTION: A driving pulse 18 is detected at a detection circuit 20 and a detected pulse is processed at a waveform processing circuit 21 and a start signal 22 is obtained. The start signal 22 is applied to a control operating circuit 13 and a counter 15 starts counting at the same time of the production of the driving pulse 18. Thus, since the operation of detection is made from the point of time when a driving pulse is generated in a driving coil 2x, the time between a trigger pulse 17 and the driving pulse 18 can not be considered, allowing to increase the accuracy of detection. The position of the driving coil 2x can be located at the origin, allowing to avoid the range unable for detection.
