Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent variability of the output or characteristics and obtain the output of high accuracy, by a method wherein the standard wave form is memorized as digital data, and the output wave form is controlled by comparing successively read-out data with the digital data of the comparing input. CONSTITUTION:A standard synchronized pulse generating circuit 12 counts width modulating frequency pulses P2 to transmit data D1 and receives data D2 at the operation starting point of the standard wave signal to transmit a trigger signal P5 which is synchronized with the data D2. An address setting circuit 11 transmits address data D3, and a P-ROM in which quantized data calculated from a prescribed standard wave form are stored according to the order of address transmits standard wave form data D4 corresponding to the data D3. A voltage instructions signal V is converted into a digital value D5 by a V-F converter 17 and a program counter 18. Data D4, D5 are compared by a comparator 16, and a pulse-width modulating timing signal P8 is obtained to control a gate-logic circuit 14 and a driving circuit 19.
