Abstract

PURPOSE: To convert the resonance frequency with switching of a selector switch, by wiring of electrodes so that a plurality of piezoelectric substance layers laminated via an electrode layer as the intermediate part can be oscillated in the same thickness oscillation mode entirely.
CONSTITUTION: Electrodes 2a, 2b and 2c, 2d are coated on both sides of high polymer piezoelectric substance bodies 1a, 1b, and the electrodes 2b, 2c are laminated upper and lower via a conductive adhesives 3. The polarity of the upper and lower piezoelectric body is made equal, and wiring is made to the electrodes 2a, 2b, 2d, to which a pulse oscillator 4 is connected. Thus, the thickness of the piezoelectric substance layer can be changed, by switching switches 5a, 5b, allowing to convert the resonance frequency arbitrarily.
