CONSTITUTION:An FM video signal and a PCM compressed voice signal are added by adders 14, 15 and the added signals are recorded in a magnetic tape by rotary magnetic heads HA, HB through recording amplifiers 20, 21 and recording reproduction change-over switches 22, 23. At the time of reproduction, a reproduced video signal and a reproduced voice signal are outputted from output terminals 37, 34 respectively. In order to prevent a voice signal from time delay from a video signal at the time of dubbing, for instance, the titled device is constituted so as to pickup a signal from the output terminal 35 of a pulse detector 29 in a reproducing device.
