A voice signal reproducing part 6 executes PARCOR composition at the sampling frequency of 2KFs on the basis of the voice compressed information from a receiving part 5 and outputs a digital voice signal to a DA converting part 7. A high speed voice recording part 8 reproduces the voice signal from the DA converting part 7 at the speed of 1/K and outputs the original voice. If K>1, the using time of the line can be reduced and, if K<1, the communication of high quality can be performed by using a line with small capacitance.
