Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the stopping of a transmission function by automatically detecting a broken part and constituting a receovered loop and to restore the system into a normal state, when a transmission line is broken through dupllex transmission lines. CONSTITUTION:A master station M and a plurality of remote stations R1-Rn are connected with a loop transmission line L1 of the system 1 and a loop transmission line L2 of the system 2, and an information processor PU is connected to the respective station M and the R1-Rn and the flow of information signals of the transmission lines L1 and L2 is made inverse. A link connecting the transmission lines L1 and L2 of the stations M and R1-Rn with the processor PU is provided with a pattern detection circuit 35 detecting the coincidence between received data and the flag pattern from the clock, a detection circuit 36 for the generation of broken wire, an FF37 and a detection circuit 36 for the generation of broken wire, an FF37 and a detection circuit 39 for the receovery of broken wire. The circuit 35 and 36 automatically detect the broken part and the circuit 39 automtically detects the restoration of the failure, allowing to reorganize the loop of the transmission lines L1 and L2.
