Abstract

PURPOSE:To consummate multi-function, by providing an automatic signal switching circuit prior to a D-A conversion section in a reproducing processing system. CONSTITUTION:A PCM deck 20 is a PCM processor 21 including a recording system, a reproduction processing system and a mixing circuit, internally connected with the 1st (built-in) VTR22, and the 2nd (external) VTR23 is externally connectable to the deck 20. Prior to a D-A conversion of the reproduction processing system, a signal switching circuit which gives a reproduced digital data to the D-A conversion section only when the VTR22 is in the states other than the normal recording and recording/reproduction, and gives the data to the D-A conversion section (as a recording digital data) via a mixing circuit and recording processing system in other states, is provided for the deck 20.
