Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the transmission efficiency, by discriminating types of information at the reception side and sharing the information to a prescribed device, in a system transmitting information with a high level data link controlling means. CONSTITUTION:Transmission is made to a transmission line LL at a transmission side by using a bit oriented procedure. The reception side receives signals with a receiver HLDC2 via a serial parallel converter S/P, discriminates the number of information source bits with a discriminator BSD for bit information type, and shares the signals to prescribed devices TM1 and TM2. As to information unit signal in 7-bit, the prescribed 7-bit information can be obtained with a bit length converter BLC. Thus, no transmission is made at the transmission side according to the bit oriented procedure, then no lowering in the transmission efficiency is caused.
