Abstract

PURPOSE:To generate a key signal which is not deviated from television, by storing a control data which is generated at every field, and using it by the timing by which a video data is read out from a frame memory. CONSTITUTION:A control data is stored in an even or odd field of television corresponding to the control data, and in a file which is read out and is not in use at present between A and B. Also, after that, a data of said file is made usable by the timing by which television corresponding to said control data starts to be stored in a frame memory. In case when the control data is read out and used, contents of a file of A or B, which can be used are read out and used in accordance with an even or odd field of the television by the timing by which a video data starts to be read out from the frame memory. Accordingly, a control data corresponding to a video data which has been read out is selectively outputted.
